ADULT CAMP 2025
ADULT CAMP at The Cwench
July 11 to 13, 2025
3 to 1 RATIO ONLY $400plus HST (no early bird discount)
(You will work HARD, but have FUN. We understand we ALL have to go back to work on Monday! All skill levels, male and female, are welcome. Must be 18 years of age and older to attend!
Please make sure to bring the following items:
- Water
- Water bottles
- Running shoes
- Extra T-shirt
- A5 35 (lol)
- Schedule
Activity before camp from 9am to 10am may witch, still confirming the staff who will be doing the session.
July 11 Registration: 5:15 to 540 PM
ICE: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Post-ICE: 8:00 PM - Have some refreshments, beers on us, talk gear, talk goalie, Q and A on goaltending!
July 12
VIDEO/CLASSROOM/CHALK TALK: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
ICE: 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM
July 13
STRETCHING/RECOVERY: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
ICE: 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM
